Due to an overwhelming increase in demand for veterinary services, which has made it difficult for our clients to schedule timely visits, and an increase in the number of last minute cancellations and no shows, we are implementing the following policy.
Please provide us with at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make it to your appointment so that we can offer that time to another patient in need.
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you don’t respond to our confirmation messages (text, email or call).
