Associate Veterinarian – Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Olympia, WA
Compensation: Starting at $140,000+ annually, based on experience. Production bonus with no negative accrual.

Be the friendly face that makes a difference.

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated veterinarian to join our growing team in Olympia. We are open to both full-time and part-time veterinarians and are willing to work with the right person to create a schedule that fits their life. Plus a potential for partnership or ownership in the future for the right person.

Our practice is growing, and we are excited about what is ahead. We’re looking for someone who enjoys practicing good medicine, getting to know their clients, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about the patients we see every day.

Why Join Us?

Our mission is simple: to be our clients’ other family doctor.

We are a privately owned practice with a close-knit team and a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. We believe in working together, helping each other out, and creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.

We’re currently renovating our hospital to add a third exam room and a brand-new dental suite, giving us even more room to grow and expand the services we offer.

What We Offer

  • Full-time or part-time employment
  • Starting salary of $140,000+, based on experience
  • Production bonus with no negative accrual
  • Potential for partnership or ownership in the future for the right person
  • Medical, vision, and dental insurance at 100% paid by employer
  • Paid time off
  • CE allowance
  • Licensing fees covered
  • No weekend requirement and a flexible schedule
  • A privately owned, non-corporate practice
  • Mentorship and support from an experienced team
  • A varied caseload including internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, dermatology, wellness care, and end-of-life care
  • A newly renovated space with a third exam room and new dental suite
  • Opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities as we continue to grow

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a veterinarian who is:

  • Licensed in Washington (or a recent graduate eligible for licensure)
  • Compassionate and confident in their approach to patient care
  • A team player who enjoys working with others
  • Comfortable building relationships with clients and their pets
  • Interested in being part of a practice where they can grow long-term

We are happy to consider both experienced veterinarians and newer graduates. The most important thing to us is finding someone who is a good fit for our team and shares our approach to patient and client care.

Looking for Something Long-Term?

For the right veterinarian, this could be more than an associate position. We are open to discussing future partnership or ownership opportunities with someone who becomes an important part of the practice and wants to build something with us long-term.

If you are looking for a practice where you can practice good medicine, have a great schedule, work with a supportive team, and potentially have an ownership opportunity down the road, we would love to meet you.
